1. WHO WE ARE
LondonMassage.com is operated by Quassim Yafai trading as LondonMassage.com (“we”, “us” or “our”), of 32 Lime Close, West Bromwich, West Midlands, B70 9LJ, United Kingdom. Email: yafai@hushmail.com.
These terms apply when you browse, search, contact us through or otherwise use LondonMassage.com (the “Site”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. WHAT THE SITE DOES
2.1 The Site is a paid advertising directory exclusively for independent mobile massage therapists who travel to clients in London. Profiles are advertisements supplied by independent Advertisers. “Featured” means paid prominence and is not a recommendation.
2.2 We provide advertising and directory services only. We do not employ therapists; provide, supervise or arrange massage; take bookings; collect treatment payments; set an Advertiser’s treatment terms; or act as agent for a visitor or Advertiser.
2.3 Any appointment or treatment contract is made directly between you and the Advertiser. The Advertiser is responsible for their identity, qualifications, insurance, availability, prices, conduct, treatment, cancellation terms and refunds.
3. ADVERTISEMENT INFORMATION
3.1 Advertisers supply their profile information. We moderate listings but cannot guarantee that every statement, image, link, price, qualification, registration or availability detail is complete, current or accurate.
3.2 A listing’s presence is not an endorsement or warranty of suitability, safety, skill or legal compliance. Payment for a listing is not verification. If a verification badge is introduced, it will state the limited check undertaken and date; it is not a guarantee.
3.3 Search order may reflect paid Featured status, search relevance and other directory factors. The Site does not provide a complete list of London therapists.
4. YOUR CHECKS AND SAFETY
4.1 Before arranging or paying for a service, you should:
• confirm the Advertiser’s identity and current contact details;
• check qualifications, professional registration and insurance directly and, where relevant, with the stated issuing body or regulator;
• confirm the service, location, price, payment method and cancellation/refund terms in writing;
• discuss relevant health concerns with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional;
• avoid sending money unless you understand who receives it and on what terms; and
• tell a trusted person where you are going when meeting an independent provider.
4.2 Massage information on the Site is general information, not medical advice, diagnosis or a substitute for medical treatment. In an emergency call 999. For non-emergency medical advice use NHS 111 or an appropriate healthcare professional.
4.3 Report inappropriate, misleading, unsafe or unlawful listings using “Report this listing”. A report to us does not replace contacting the police, emergency services, a regulator, Trading Standards or another authority.
5. PERMITTED USE
You may use the Site for lawful personal purposes to find and contact independent providers, or to consider advertising. You may print or save reasonable extracts for your own non-commercial use.
6. PROHIBITED USE
You must not:
• use the Site to seek, offer or facilitate sexual services, exploitation, trafficking, abuse or other unlawful activity;
• harass, threaten, discriminate against, impersonate or deceive anyone;
• submit a knowingly false, malicious or misleading report;
• scrape, harvest or compile listing or contact data at scale, or use it for unsolicited marketing;
• copy, republish, sell or commercially exploit the Site or listings without permission;
• bypass security, probe vulnerabilities, introduce malicious code, overload the Site, or interfere with another user;
• use automated systems to access the Site except ordinary search-engine indexing that respects our published controls; or
• use Site content to train or supply a commercial data or artificial-intelligence product without our written permission.
We may block access, preserve relevant evidence and report suspected unlawful activity where proportionate and lawful.
7. CONTACTING ADVERTISERS AND EXTERNAL LINKS
7.1 Telephone, WhatsApp, websites and social links may lead to services controlled by others. We do not control their content, privacy, security, availability or transactions.
7.2 Contact Advertisers respectfully and only about legitimate professional services. Do not send medical records or other sensitive information through the Site; the Site does not collect client health questionnaires.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1 We or our licensors own the Site design, database, text, trade marks and other material, except Advertiser-owned content. All rights are reserved.
8.2 You may link fairly to a public page provided the link is not misleading and does not imply endorsement. Do not frame the Site or link from unlawful or inappropriate content. We may withdraw linking permission on reasonable notice.
9. REPORTS, COMPLAINTS AND REMOVAL
9.1 We may investigate a report, request information, restrict or suspend a listing, correct it, restore it or remove it.
9.2 We may remove content or restrict access where reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, enforcement of policies or protection of rights.
10. SITE AVAILABILITY
We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or withdraw features for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. We are not obliged to keep an expired or removed listing available.
11. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT AND DISCLAIMER
11.1 Advertisements are submitted by independent third parties. Advertisers are solely responsible for their advertisements, services and compliance with the law. LondonMassage.com does not employ, represent, recommend or endorse Advertisers and is not a party to any appointment, payment, treatment or other agreement between a visitor and an Advertiser.
11.2 The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties concerning accuracy, completeness, availability, security, usefulness or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11.3 Site content is general advertising information, not medical or professional advice. You use and rely on the Site at your own risk and must make your own checks before contacting, meeting, booking or paying an Advertiser.
11.4 To the fullest extent permitted by law, LondonMassage.com and its owner, operators, employees and contractors accept no responsibility for third-party advertising, linked websites, Advertisers’ acts or omissions, services, appointments, communications, payments, refunds, disputes, injuries, losses or damage. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential loss or for loss of use, profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or data arising from the Site or an Advertiser.
11.5 If you are dissatisfied with the free Site or its content, your remedy is to stop using it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. USER INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LondonMassage.com and its owner, operators, employees and contractors from claims, liabilities, losses, costs and reasonable legal expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your breach of these terms, your infringement of another person’s rights, or material you submit to the Site.
13. PRIVACY AND COOKIES
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information. Our Cookie Policy explains storage and access technologies and how to manage choices.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on the Site. Continued use after publication means the revised terms apply to later use.
15. LAW AND COURTS
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over claims arising from use of the Site.
