1. SCOPE
This policy applies only to advertising purchased from LondonMassage.com. It does not apply to massage appointments, deposits, treatments or other payments between a visitor and an independent Advertiser. LondonMassage.com does not receive or process treatment payments.
LondonMassage.com is operated by Quassim Yafai trading as LondonMassage.com, of 32 Lime Close, West Bromwich, West Midlands, B70 9LJ, United Kingdom. Email: yafai@hushmail.com.
Advertising is supplied to Advertisers acting for purposes connected with their trade, business, craft or profession.
2. APPLICATION AND PAYMENT
Submitting an application does not require payment and does not guarantee acceptance. Applications are reviewed before a PayPal Business invoice is issued. No advertising payment is taken through the Site.
The advertising contract begins when cleared payment is received against an approved invoice. The paid advertising period begins when the advertisement is published.
3. PUBLICATION
LondonMassage.com aims to publish an approved advertisement within 24 hours after receiving cleared payment and all final approved content.
An Advertiser is eligible for a full refund if LondonMassage.com does not publish the approved advertisement within 24 hours and the parties do not agree to a later publication time.
The 24-hour period does not run while required information, compliant images, corrections or evidence remain outstanding from the Advertiser.
4. CANCELLATION BY THE ADVERTISER
An Advertiser may withdraw an unpaid application at any time without charge.
After payment, no refund is available for a change of mind, a request to remove the advertisement, failure to use the service, changed business circumstances or a decision to stop advertising.
5. NO RESULTS GUARANTEE
Advertising fees pay for publication and placement only. LondonMassage.com does not guarantee views, enquiries, appointments, clients, revenue, search position, availability in particular search results or any return on investment.
Lack of results does not entitle the Advertiser to a refund, credit or extension.
6. REJECTION, SUSPENSION OR REMOVAL
Payment does not give a right to publish content that breaches the Advertising Terms or Listing and Image Rules.
No refund is payable where an application or advertisement is rejected, suspended or removed because of the Advertiser’s content, images, conduct, false or misleading information, unlawful activity, complaint outcome or breach of any policy.
LondonMassage.com may remove or suspend non-compliant content without notice where immediate action is appropriate.
7. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
Temporary maintenance, technical faults, security work or interruptions outside LondonMassage.com’s reasonable control do not entitle the Advertiser to a refund.
If the Site is unavailable for a significant portion of the paid advertising period, LondonMassage.com may extend the advertising period. A refund is available only if the Site has been unavailable for a significant portion of the period and LondonMassage.com and the Advertiser cannot agree a reasonable extension or other compensation.
8. FEATURED AND OPTIONAL PLACEMENTS
Featured listings, homepage positions and premium areas or categories reserve limited advertising space. Once the placement begins, the fee is non-refundable. If LondonMassage.com cannot supply a paid placement, it may provide an equivalent placement, extend the period or refund the unsupplied placement fee.
9. EXPIRY AND RENEWAL
Advertisements expire automatically at the end of the purchased period. They do not renew automatically and no automatic payment is taken. Expiry does not create a refund.
10. REFUND REQUESTS
Refund requests must be emailed to yafai@hushmail.com or submitted through the Contact page on LondonMassage.com with the application or listing reference, invoice number, payer name and reason for the request.
Approved refunds will be returned through the original PayPal payment method. PayPal or bank processing times are outside LondonMassage.com’s control.
11. TREATMENT DISPUTES
Any massage booking, deposit, payment, cancellation or refund is a matter between the visitor and the independent Advertiser. LondonMassage.com is not a party to that transaction and cannot issue treatment refunds or decide treatment-payment disputes.
