Listing and Image Rules

Terms, rules and information for visitors and independent advertisers using LondonMassage.com.

Last updated: 24 August 2026

These rules form part of the Advertising Terms. They protect visitors, legitimate professional Advertisers and LondonMassage.com. Meeting the rules does not guarantee acceptance or remove an Advertiser’s legal responsibilities.

1. ELIGIBLE ADVERTISERS

1.1 You must be at least 18, be authorised to advertise the named individual/business, and provide legitimate, professional and strictly non-sexual mobile massage services by travelling to clients in London. This directory does not accept fixed-location-only services.

1.2 Listings must be for an identifiable independent practitioner or legitimate massage business. No anonymous agency, escort service, sexual service, brothel, trafficking, exploitation, impersonation, lead-resale scheme or unrelated business is permitted.

1.3 Every advertised service must be mobile. State accurately which London areas you travel to. Do not publish a client’s address or any other private residential address.

2. ACCURACY AND TRANSPARENCY

2.1 Use the therapist’s genuine professional/trading identity. All contact details, areas, availability, prices and service descriptions must be current and not misleading by statement, omission, implication or image.

2.2 Disclose material qualifications, limits or conditions clearly. Do not use “best”, “number one”, “guaranteed”, “official”, “expert” or similar objective/superiority claims without adequate evidence.

2.3 A listing is a paid advertisement. Do not claim LondonMassage.com recommends, employs, certifies or endorses you. “Featured” means paid prominence. Do not display or describe yourself as “Verified” unless LondonMassage.com has authorised a precise current badge.

2.4 Prices must make clear what is included, the duration, unavoidable charges and any important conditions. Do not use fake discounts, false scarcity, hidden fees, misleading “from” prices or a founding/limited offer after it has ended.

3. PROFESSIONAL AND HEALTH CLAIMS

3.1 Hold evidence before making any objective claim. Massage claims should normally be limited to appropriately framed benefits such as relaxation, relief of everyday stress, aiding sleep or promoting a sense of wellbeing unless robust evidence supports more.

3.2 Do not claim or imply that massage diagnoses, cures, prevents or treats a disease or serious condition; replaces medical care; guarantees results; is completely safe or has no side effects. Do not discourage essential treatment or tell people to ignore medical advice.

3.3 You may refer to a condition requiring medical supervision only where the claim, evidence, qualifications and supervision comply with law and the CAP Code and have been specifically approved. We may require documentary substantiation.

3.4 Protected titles and regulated services—including “physiotherapist/physical therapist”, “osteopath” and “chiropractor”—may be used only by a person legally entitled and currently registered with the relevant statutory regulator. Supply the name, registration number and evidence requested. Do not imply statutory registration through a course certificate or private-membership badge.

3.5 Accurately describe qualifications, professional memberships and insurance. Do not use expired, purchased, fabricated or another person’s credentials. State the awarding/registration body where needed to avoid misleading visitors.

3.6 Do not advertise prescription-only medicines, invasive/cosmetic procedures or other regulated treatments as ordinary massage services.

4. STRICTLY PROHIBITED CONTENT AND CONDUCT

Listings must not contain or facilitate:
• sexual services, erotic massage, “happy endings”, coded sexual language, fetish services or sexual contact;
• nudity, pornography, sexually suggestive presentation or invitations unrelated to professional massage;
• services involving anyone under 18, or imagery that depicts or appears to depict a child in an adult/service context;
• exploitation, trafficking, coercion, abuse, modern slavery or controlling another person’s earnings/services;
• unlawful, fraudulent, dangerous or unlicensed activity;
• hate, threats, harassment, humiliation or unlawful discrimination;
• claims based on protected characteristics that breach equality law;
• illegal drugs, weapons or instructions to evade authorities;
• personal data published without a lawful basis or necessary permission;
• defamatory allegations, confidential material, malware, tracking links or deceptive redirects; or
• reviews/testimonials, because public reviews are not supported in the first version.

5. TEXT AND CONTACT RULES

5.1 Write in clear professional language. No explicit sexual terminology, obscene wording, misleading keywords, keyword stuffing, copied competitor text or irrelevant locations/categories.

5.2 Public contact fields may contain a professional telephone number, optional WhatsApp number, professional website and approved professional Instagram/Facebook page. Do not place Telegram, payment links, premium-rate numbers, shortened/obscured URLs or third-party lead forms in the first version.

5.3 Do not ask visitors to send health records, identity documents, intimate images or unnecessary sensitive information through the listing or Site.

6. IMAGE RULES

6.1 One main image is required and up to four gallery images may be submitted. Images must use a format accepted by the application form and remain within the file-size limit enforced by the Site.

6.2 Images must genuinely represent the Advertiser, their team, mobile massage equipment or legitimate professional mobile massage business. Stock imagery must be clearly suitable and licensed; it must not falsely imply that the model is the therapist or that a facility belongs to the Advertiser.

6.3 You must own each image or have written permission/licence to use, edit and advertise with it. You must have appropriate consent from every identifiable adult. Keep evidence and provide it on request.

6.4 Images must not include:
• nudity, visible intimate areas, underwear/swimwear presentation, transparent clothing or excessive/revealing exposure;
• sexualised poses, focus on breasts/buttocks/groin, bedroom-style presentation or implied sexual activity;
• any person under 18 or appearing under 18;
• stolen, scraped, AI-generated impersonation, deepfake or misleading before/after imagery;
• another business’s logo, copyrighted work or individual without permission;
• contact details, URLs, prices, promotional claims, watermarks from another site or misleading text;
• medical procedures, injuries, blood, unsafe practice, controlled drugs or unlawful activity; or
• hidden metadata or content that exposes a private location or another person’s personal data.

6.5 Images should be clear, current, well lit and professional. Normal massage draping must preserve dignity and avoid sexualised framing. We may crop, resize, compress or request replacement images.

6.6 AI-generated or materially AI-altered images are not accepted as a representation of the therapist, premises, credentials or treatment results. Decorative AI imagery may be considered only if clearly non-deceptive, appropriately licensed and approved in writing.

7. PRIVATE EVIDENCE AND DOCUMENTS

Do not upload passports, identity documents, qualification certificates or insurance documents through the first-version public form. If we request evidence separately, use the secure method we specify. Evidence is not public unless you expressly agree and publication is lawful.

8. CHANGES AND ONGOING DUTIES

Tell us promptly if public details change or if a qualification, registration, insurance policy or image permission expires or is withdrawn. We may require periodic reconfirmation. An expired advert is removed from public results.

9. MODERATION AND ENFORCEMENT

9.1 We may request edits/evidence; reject; restrict; suspend; remove; or report content where reasonably necessary. Urgent illegal, sexual, exploitation, safeguarding, impersonation or safety concerns may result in immediate suspension without prior notice.

9.2 For correctable issues we will normally explain the concern and allow a reasonable response. Repeated evasion, coded prohibited content or false evidence may lead to permanent refusal.

9.3 Reports are assessed, not automatically treated as true. Enforcement and refunds follow the Advertising Terms and Refund and Advertising Cancellation Policy.

10. REPORT A CONCERN

Use “Report this listing”. If someone is in immediate danger, call 999. Suspected crime should be reported directly to the police; concerns about trafficking or modern slavery may also be reported to the Modern Slavery & Exploitation Helpline. A report to LondonMassage.com is not an emergency service.
